Emily Lee brings more than 25 years of experience to her role as principal of Pearlstone Partners. Beginning with Lee Properties in 1993, Emily has been involved in every aspect of the real estate investment process, from property management to ownership to sales and leasing services. Her current position as a principal focuses primarily on day to day operations and building/maintaining partnerships with businesses and investors. Through this role, she has helped manage a portfolio of over half a billion dollars with more than 600 million actively invested; and totaling nearly 1.5 million gross square footage of residential projects. 

Her first-hand experience with commercial and residential properties at different stages of the investment life-cycle has allowed her to bring a unique perspective to each project. Whether it’s an established single-family investment property or a multi-million dollar development, Emily has the tools and knowledge to give each investment the support it needs to succeed. 

Emily’s unique perspective and leadership goes beyond business operations - to the company’s overall philanthropic and community impact. Throughout the years, Emily has guided Pearlstone Partners’ contributions of over a million dollars in cash donations and professional services.  Pearlstone Partners has been recognized by several area organizations for their efforts in serving the community. 

Emily is a Central Texas native, and grew up just two hours from Austin in the small town of Cherokee, Texas. She and her family made the move from suburban to urban and love experiencing all that Austin has to offer. Living downtown has given her a fresh perspective on the live-work-play condominium lifestyle. Emily loves being around some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops in Austin! Her love for her community has inspired her to become an active member of Habitat for Humanity and Austin Pets Alive – Community Foundations. Emily is also an avid traveler and loves giving back globally with philanthropic organizations such as Caring for Cambodia.
